Cancellation
We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled you will get full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out.
Returns (if applicable)
We not accept return of products. If items broken or send wrong please contact us to handle them.
Refunds (if applicable)
We accept refund when products broken or omitted. When we ship all out but missing some items customers need to keep the box and contact delivery company to make compensation.
